This Saturday, on 21 July in Jelgava“Brainstorm’s” “Skārda bungu tūre” tour starts in Latvia.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR CONCERT VISITORS IN JELGAVA:
LOCATION.
Lielupe Meadow opposite Jelgava Castle.
TICKETS.
eKase.lv,information centre at the s/c Spice in Riga and the box office at the Centre of Culture in Jelgava.
Price EUR 25. Ticket price on the day of the concert EUR 30.
Children younger than 6 years old (inclusive), accompanied by their parents, can visit the concert free of charge.
In the concert territory visitors will have to pay cash for purchases but some sales points will also accept payment cards.
START.
Entrance to the concert territory from 18:00 pm. Concert starts at 20:00 pm. Special guests of the concert – band “Sudden lights”.
Please arrive at the concert location timely and be patient! Everything takes more time in concerts that attract a lot of visitors, for example, checking of tickets and belongings, purchase of food and drinks etc.
ENTRANCE to the concert territory from Rīgas iela at Lielupe Bridge, opposite the store “Krūza” and from Vecais ceļš.
FAN AREA.
All concerts of “Skārda bungu tūre” provide a special FAN AREA at the front of the stage. It is divided into side A and B; both are identical. Please follow the entrance signs in the fan area and arrive at the fan area in a timely manner.
It is prohibited to bring alcoholic drinks into the fan area.
TRAFFIC.
Please see the traffic limitations plan in the appendix.
Visitors will be able to leave their bicycles in the “Ergo” bicycle parking on Rīgas iela opposite the stage.
Car parking is available in the parking places near Zemgale Olympic Centre and Jelgava Ice Hall, by the promenade on the banks of the Lielupe, on Cukura iela, Peldu iela, in the Vecais ceļš near Lielupe, behind Jelgava Castle and at Sporta iela 2c, as well as all available parking places indicated in the scheme. If you have a pass provided by organisers, you can park your vehicle on Pilssalas iela.
We would like to inform you that due to the heavy traffic of pedestrians after the concert, cars in the mentioned parking places will only be allowed to leave 30 minutes after the end of the concert.
In cooperation with the AS “Pasažieru vilciens” extra carriages will be added to the trains on the route of Riga–Jelgava; also, after the concert at 00.45 am from Jelgava Station (at 00.50 from Cukurfabrika Station) an additional train will leave for Riga. From 11 July you can purchase tickets for this train in advance. Cukurfabrika is the closest station to the concert location, and is a 15 minute walk away. The trainarrives inRigaat 1:27 am. You can see the train timetable and purchase an e-ticket at www.pv.lv.
PROHIBITED ITEMS IN THE CONCERT: umbrellas, selfie sticks, photo and video equipment stands, foldable chairs, food and drinks, professional photo, video and audio equipment (except for with special permission from the event organisers), guns, sharp objects, pyrotechnics, laser pens, dangerous substances and objects, motorcycle helmets, skateboards and other active sports gear, pets.
Visitors of the event agree that they can be filmed and photographed. The footage can be broadcasted, reproduced and distributed without limitations.
