"As before, we continue to be responsible and environmentally friendly when preparing for concerts this summer. I would like our concerts to be an example for sustainable and environmentally friendly events. For now, not 100% of them, but with a hopeful view in the future together with our partners, we plan to offer deposit drinks glasses at concerts, use more environmentally friendly fuel for electricity production, and together with the insurance company "Balcia Insurance SE", we will build a shed where everyone can leave their transportation safely - bike, skateboard, electric scooter or any other environmentally friendly vehicle", says the group's general manager Aija Auškāpa. For generating the energy for the concerts a "Neste MY" renewable diesel fuel will be used which is produced from 100% renewable resources and after the concerts there will be an additional public transport scheduled.
"The experience of previous nature-friendly concerts has allowed us to understand what we can give up very easily. There are many examples in the world where musicians think about reducing their ecological footprint while continuing to create unforgettable emotions," adds Aija Auškāpa. The Brainstorm team urges everyone not to print concert tickets purchased online, but to use them on mobile devices and present them digitally at the entrance. Tickets for concerts are available on the ticket sales website www.ekase.lv, shopping center Spice information center and city ticket offices in Jelgava, Valmiera and Daugavpils. When purchasing a ticket online, ekase.lv provides ticket insurance powered by insurance company "Balcia Insurance SE". Ticket insurance provides a refund if it is not possible to attend the concert due to unforeseen circumstances.
Ukrainians fleeing the war and finding temporary shelter in Latvia will be honored guests of the show and will be able to attend them free of charge by presenting a valid identity document issued in Ukraine.
