Important information for concert visitors in Riga (ENG + UKR)


Tickets can be purchased on website www.eKase.lv and at information center of shopping center Spice (Riga, Lielirbes iela 29). Ticket price starts from 40 EUR.  On the day of the concert, tickets will cost 45 EUR. Tickets will be available at the ticket office at entrance №7 at The Mezaparks Open-Air Stage  from 16:00.

Children up to the age of six (including) can attend the concert free of charge, accompanied by their parents.

Payments mostly can me accepted by cash and some of the places in the territory will accept card payments.


Entrance of the concert venue starts at 17:00. Concert starts at 20:00.

Special guest and opening act in all the shows is Jānis Šipkēvics with his solo project SHIPSEA.

Please come to the concert in advance and be patient. At large concerts, each action takes more time, such as checking tickets, buying food and drinks, etc.

Entrances at The Mezaparks Open-Air Stage (venue for the concert) will be organized through entrances № 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9.

Visitors with BALCIA VIP LOUNGE tickets can use any entrance, as well as VIP entrance №4.

Guests from Ukraine will be able to enter the concert through the points marked with a Ukrainian flag.


There is a special fan zone located in front of the stage. It is divided into side A and side B, both are identical. These zones can be identified by following the signs near the stage and on the screens for the entrances to the fan zone. Please find your way to the Fan zone in time, so you don’t have to push through the crowd afterwards.

It is forbidden to bring alcoholic drinks and food into the Fan zone.


Please note that tram number 11 no longer runs to Mežaparks due to repairs to the Brasas overpass. That’s why we suggest you to check possible alternatives in advance so that you can choose the most convenient way for you – on foot, by bike, scooter, private car or by public transport – buses and trains.

Please keep in mind that on the day of the concert, there will be many spectators heading to Mezhapark at the same time, so allow extra time to get to the concert site in time.

For the convenience of concert visitors, the organizers of the event provide dedicated public transportation both before and after the concert.

For the convenience of attendees of the concert, the organizers of the event provide additional public transportation before and after the show.  At 17:00, buses will depart at intervals of 3 minutes from the stop Tērbatas iela (near the District Court building). Then the buses will go along Brīvības street, stopping at all stops along the route to G. Zemgala street. After that the buses will turn at the VEF Brīvības iela stop and continue without stops to Viestura Avenue in Mežaparks. From Mežaparks after the concert, buses will follow the same route – without stops to VEF Brīvības ielaā, and from Brīvības iela to Esplanāde. Please note that public transportation is a paid service, so all passengers must purchase and print tickets. One trip costs 1.15 EUR. Additional routes will be added to the bus route 11T, which leaves from Zooloģiskais dārzs.

AS “Pasažieru vilciens” has added four trips to the train schedule. An additional train will leave August 20, at 19:07 from Riga Central Station to the stop Mangaļi.  Back to Riga Central Station, visitors will be able to use three special trains, which will depart from Mangaļi on Sunday, August 21, at 0:30, 0:50 and 1:10. Among the regular train schedule are already available five trips from 17.00 to 20.00 on the route Riga-Mangaļi. The walking distance between the stop Mangaļi and The Mezaparks Great Bandstand is about 25 minutes, but to get from Riga to Mangaļi by train you need only 16 minutes. At www.pv.lv and in the mobile app, you can already buy tickets with a 5% discount.

Bicycles and other vehicles (skateboards, electric scooters) can be parked at the special “Balcia City Combo” parking lot, you can see its location on the map of the concert venue.

Umbrellas, selfie sticks, photo and video equipment stands, foldable chairs, food and drinks, professional photo, video and audio equipment (except for with special permission from the event organizers), guns, sharp objects, pyrotechnics, laser pens, dangerous substances and objects, motorcycle helmets, skateboards and other active sports gear, pets.


All shows are fully standing; however, we do offer seating areas around some food concessions where you can eat your meal.  Please be aware that due to the busy nature of the shows, you may be asked at any time by a member of security to pack blankets away. In addition, please note that you cannot claim a spot with a picnic blanket (or similar) and leave it unattended. These policies are there to ensure the safety and enjoyment of everyone at the event, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.

CCTV and/or video cameras may be present in the territory of the event. Visitors of the event agree that photos, videos and/or audio recordings may be taken during the event, in which they may be filmed and photographed as a visitor of the event. Such material may later be used in any form, including for commercial purposes, without the permission of the visitor.
